Orthopedic and Deep Relaxation Massage

What is orthopedic massage? Orthopedic massage is an integrated manual therapy style that blends techniques from a variety of massage modalities to provide clients with effective results to live free from previous chronic pain or even pain from a current injury. The very specific orthopedic massage techniques learned during extensive training time provides results that help reduce pain and increase mobility. If you are hoping to return to activities that you’ve been limited in, orthopedic massage is a great tool to get back to those activities.

What is Deep Relaxation Massage? Deep Relaxation Massage takes you beyond the average massage session. This style of massage is very intuitive and personalized. Your therapist takes the time to listen to you before and during the session, as well as to cues your body gives during the massage. With a blend of awareness of every aspect of your health deep relaxation massage takes into account all of the potential stored emotional and physical trauma and works with you to release your body into a new state of health.

Finding the style and personality of a therapist that you can relax with greatly enhances your massage experience.
